You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Items must include all tags, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

• The item was not marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used kitchenware (for hygiene reasons)

• Customized or personalized products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Digital products or downloads

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

📦 How to Return an Item

2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address we provide.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received and approved.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to your own decision (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
